Bigfun 36 Gold helps men with their sexual problems like difficulty getting or keeping an erection and early ejaculation. It’s a combination medicine containing dapoxetine 30 mg tadalafil 10 mg. This medication boosts sexual excitement, improves blood flow to the penile region, and helps men maintain an erection. Tadalafil (PDE5 inhibitor) relaxes blood vessel muscles, aiding in erectile dysfunction, while dapoxetine (SSRI) increases serotonin levels, helping control ejaculation for premature ejaculation.

Indication(s):

Bigfun 36 Gold tablets are used for the treatment of two common male sexual dysfunction problems:

• Erectile dysfunction (ED)
• Premature ejaculation (PE)

Direction for use:

For optimal use of these dapoxetine + tadalafil tablets:

• Consume one tablet as a whole- without chewing, crushing, or breaking it, preferably with water. 
• Consider taking it half an hour to one hour before engaging in sexual activity.
• While it can be taken with or without food, it is advisable to take it at a consistent time.

Contraindications & drug interactions:

Bigfun 36 Gold tablets are contraindicated in individuals taking the medications for:

• Chest pain containing Nitrates may lead to a significant drop in blood pressure, causing dizziness, fainting, and, in rare cases, a heart attack or stroke.
• Enlarged prostate or high blood pressure like doxazosin and tamsulosin.
• Treating depression like lithium.
