Extra Super P Force Sildenafil & Dapoxetine Tablets

Extra Super P Force Tablets help with men’s sexual problems like difficulty getting or keeping an erection and early ejaculation. It is a combination medicine containing sildenafil 100mg and dapoxetine 100mg. The medication boosts sexual excitement, improves blood flow to the penile region, and helps men maintain an erection. Sildenafil (a PDE5 inhibitor) relaxes blood vessels of the penile region, addressing erectile dysfunction. While dapoxetine (SSRI)  increases serotonin levels, aiding in the control of premature ejaculation.

Direction for use:

• The tablet should be swallowed as a whole without chewing, and it can be ingested with or without food.
• It is advised to take only one tablet per day and at least 30 minutes before sexual activity to ensure optimal efficacy.

Contraindications & drug interactions:

Extra Super P Force Tablets (sildenafil and dapoxetine combination) can affect medication efficacy and increase the risk of side effects. Record all products you use and consult your doctor.

• Using this medicine alongside nitrates, commonly used for chest pain, may lead to a significant drop in blood pressure, causing dizziness and, in rare cases, a heart attack or stroke.
• Alpha-blocker medications like Doxazosin and Tamsulosin, prescribed for enlarged prostate or high blood pressure, can result in adverse reactions with this combination medication.
• If you’re undergoing depression treatment with MAOIs or other antidepressants like lithium, it’s essential to consult your doctor before considering Extra Super P-Force Tablets.
• Individuals with sickle cell anemia, Peyronie’s disease, leukemia, and multiple myeloma might encounter priapism when using these tablets.

Side-effects:

Some common side effects of this medication are reported as follows:

• Headache, along with lightheadedness and dizziness
• Nausea and vomiting 
• Flushing, feeling sweaty or confused
• Visual changes like increased sensitivity to light / blurry vision
• Upset stomach (gastrointestinal reflux)
• Allergic reactions
