Fildena 25 mg is a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains sildenafil 25 mg, which works by blocking an enzyme called PDE5. This enzyme breaks down a molecule called cGMP, which helps relax muscles and increase blood flow. By blocking PDE5, sildenafil 25 mg raises cGMP levels, leading to better blood flow to the penile area during sexual arousal. Fildena 25 mg helps men achieve and maintain an erection for sexual intercourse.

Fildena 25 dosage is used to treat:

• Erectile dysfunction (ED)
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)

Direction for use:

Fildena 25 directions are as follows: 

• Take one Fildena 25 mg tablet with water, 30-60 minutes before intercourse.
• Do not take more than one tablet a day.
• You can take it with or without food.
• Avoid high-fat meals as they may slow it down.
• Limit alcohol, as it can make the medicine less effective and increase side effects.

Contraindications & drug interactions:
