Malegra 100 mg oral jelly is a convenient solution for men struggling with impotence. It comes in seven distinct flavors: orange, raspberry, pineapple, strawberry, mango, and butter scotch as a 1-week pack. Each tablet contains 100 sildenafil, which belongs to the medicine class of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. It works by increasing the blood flow in the penile area, hence aiding in achieving and maintaining rigid erection.

Indication(s):

Malegra 100 mg oral jelly sildenafil is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men.

Direction for use:

  • Tear the sachet and squeeze the contents into your mouth, or squeeze them onto a spoon and swallow. You do not need to drink water to swallow the jelly.
  • Take it approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before anticipated sexual activity. The medication needs time to be absorbed into your bloodstream and start working.
  • Engage in foreplay or sexual arousal as you usually would to achieve the desired effect.

Contraindications & drug interactions:

  • Co-administration of Malegra 100 mg oral jelly with protease inhibitors is not recommended due to the danger of sildenafil toxicity.
  • Combining this medication with guanylate cyclase stimulators, such as riociguat, is not recommended.
  • Alpha-blockers and Malegra oral jelly should not be taken together because doing so could amplify their hypotensive effects and cause symptomatic hypotension.
  • This oral jelly should not be used in conjunction with other erectile dysfunction drugs because of the possibility of additive effects and a higher risk of adverse reactions.
  • Using Malegra jelly in conjunction with nitrates or nitric oxide (NO) donors (like amyl nitrite) is not recommended.
