Indication(s):

Direction for use:

• One tablet as a whole—without chewing, crushing, or breaking it, preferably with water. 
• While it can be taken with or without food, it is advisable to take it at a consistent time. 
• For optimal results, consider taking it half an hour to one hour before engaging in sexual activity.
• Sildenafil 130 mg oral tablet is to be taken on an as-needed basis. 

Contraindications & drug interactions:

• P Force Plus tablets, when used with Nirtates, might cause a drop in your blood pressure, which could be severe and lead to dizziness, fainting, and rarely a heart attack or stroke.
• These sildenafil 130 mg tablets may interact with alpha-blocker medications such as doxazosin and tamsulosin, which can cause adverse reactions.

• Consumption of grapefruit juice is not recommended while taking P Force Plus tablets as it can lead to unwanted side effects.
• Drinking alcohol with sildenafil can cause adverse side effects.

Side-effects:

• Back pain
• Insomnia
• Dyspepsia
• Dizziness
• Flushing and muscle pain
• Nosebleed and runny nose
• Vision changes or sudden vision loss (rare)
• Erection is painful or lasts longer than 4 hours (rare)
• Ringing in your ears or sudden hearing loss (rare)
• Irregular heartbeat (rare)

Precautions and warnings:

• If you have been diagnosed with liver or kidney disorders, it is best to consult your doctor before using this medication.
• P Force Plus has systemic vasodilatory effects and should be consumed by individuals who may be sensitive to blood pressure changes.
• The use of sildenafil citrate tablets can infrequently result in priapism. It is a medical condition in which the erection can last more than four hours and, if left untreated, may result in damage to the penile tissue.
• Avoid activities such as driving or using heavy machinery after taking this medication, as some people have reported feeling dizzy or experiencing blurred vision.
